  Risk Data Tables - Liability Exposures

  Our new spreadsheet editor and import workflow are available on Commercial Liability Exposures. We also updated the import/export templates to be consistent with the Risk Data Tables UI.

  For Agent Admins, we moved the Billing tab from the user account dropdown to the Teams left sidebar navigation. Additionally, we added a warning alert for instances when an agency enters the wrong Stripe ID.

  When we released Risk Data Tables, we temporarily turned off risk data change notification emails, because we don’t currently have the ability to send a single email for a batch of risk data updates. However, we didn’t remove the associated risk data notification line items in notification preferences.

  Fixes an issue where risk data export spreadsheets weren’t correctly sorting the line items by number.

  Risk Data Tables - Legal Entities

  Our new spreadsheet editor and import workflow are available on Commercial Legal Entities.

  The POST /api/contacts endpoint now enforces validation to ensure each contact_email.type and contact_phone.type value appears no more than once per Contact record. This prevents duplicate type entries such as multiple "work" or "mobile" entries for a single contact.

  Agents can now discard columns with empty data when importing risk data spreadsheets by using the new Discard Column option in place of Unmap. Selecting Discard Column for all columns prevents the warning modal from appearing during save, streamlining the import process. Agents can remap previously discarded columns to different ones if needed, and menu items now display improved, user-friendly labels.

  When attempting to import a spreadsheet that contains only headers and no records, an informational notification appears stating: "The selected spreadsheet is empty. Try uploading a different spreadsheet." This provides clear feedback to users instead of a silent failure.
